About me

Striking ice-blue eyes, a tongue that never quite tucks away โ€” Lui is waiting at the kennel gate for his person.

My story

The first thing you notice about Lui are the eyes โ€” clear, ice-blue, the unmistakable Husky inheritance set into a black-and-tan face with cream eyebrows and a soft fawn muzzle. The second thing you notice is the tongue: long, pink, hanging out in that goofy, happy-to-see-you way that suggests this is a dog who has decided life is, on balance, pretty good.

He spends his days at Robert's Sanctuary in Limassol pressing himself against the front of his kennel โ€” paws hooked through the bars, nose poking out for a sniff, ready to lick the hand of anyone who walks past. He's the kind of dog who chooses you before you've finished choosing him.

Lui is looking for a forever home. Like most Husky-mix dogs he'll thrive with an active owner who can give him long walks, plenty of mental engagement, and a secure outdoor space โ€” Huskies are notorious escape artists, so good fencing is a must. In return you get a sociable, expressive, beautifully striking companion who'll meet you at the door every single day for the rest of his life.

I'd thrive with

  • Active owners
  • Experienced Husky/Husky-mix homes
  • Secure gardens
  • Owners who enjoy long walks
