withBobi ("we", "us") is a community-powered dog rescue movement based in Limassol, Cyprus. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Cypriot data protection law.

1. Data we collect

• Account data — email address and authentication identifiers when you sign up.
• Order data — name, shipping address, email and order details when you buy merch (processed by Shopify and Printify).
• Sponsorship & donation data — name, email and payment confirmation (we never store card numbers).
• Technical data — IP address, device, browser, pages visited; only with your consent for analytics/marketing cookies.

2. Why we use your data (legal basis)

• To run your account and fulfil orders — contract performance.
• To process donations and send receipts — contract performance / legal obligation.
• To send you updates you've opted into — consent.
• To improve the site through analytics — consent.
• To keep the site secure and prevent fraud — legitimate interest.

3. Who we share data with

We only share data with processors needed to operate the site:

• Cloud infrastructure (hosting, database, authentication).
• Shopify & Printify (storefront, payments, print-on-demand fulfilment).
• Email delivery provider for transactional messages.

We never sell your personal data.

4. International transfers

Some processors are located outside the EEA (e.g. the United States). Where this is the case, transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

5. How long we keep data

• Account data — until you delete your account.
• Order & donation data — 7 years (Cypriot tax/accounting requirement).
• Analytics data — up to 14 months.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion ("right to be forgotten").
• Restrict or object to processing.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time (e.g. via the cookie settings link in our footer).
• Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (Cyprus).
