Bonus & Nox9 & 1.5 years

This isn't one dog. It's two — an unlikely pair of brothers from the same shelter, looking for one home together.

Bonus is the older one: a rust-red Beagle cross, born 1 January 2017, with a sun-warmed coat, soft floppy ears and the easy, padding-around-the-yard energy of a senior who's seen a few things. He arrived at Robert's Sanctuary in March 2025 and tested positive for Leishmania — a chronic, manageable condition that doesn't shorten his happy life, just means his future family should know about it and keep up the simple monitoring with their vet. He's neutered, microchipped, passported and beautifully calm. The kind of dog who would happily nap on your feet for the rest of the afternoon.

Nox is the younger one: a black-and-tan mix, born 7 October 2024, just over a year old. He's got that glossy young-dog coat, a wide pink tongue that never quite tucks away, and the bright open face of a dog who hasn't learned to expect disappointment yet. He's tested 'good' with dogs, cats and children, fully vaccinated, neutered (21 April 2026), microchipped and Leishmania-negative. Easy, social, ready for life.

Together they balance each other out perfectly — Bonus's calm steadiness, Nox's young softness. They're looking for one family willing to take them both: a home that's okay with a manageable medical note for Bonus, and a heart that has room for two dogs instead of one.
